Cooking guidelines

  • Oven Cook

    Pre-heat the oven to 425°F. Remove all packaging. Place the fillets onto a baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 23 minutes.

  • Deep Fry

    Pre-heat the oil to 350°F. Remove all packaging. Place the fillets into the basket and fry for 7 minutes.
