2 Wild Caught Pollock Filletsin our Butter & Herb Sauce
Remove outer packaging. Place the bag onto a microwaveable plate. Pierce bag in several places using a fork and cook on FULL POWER in the center of the turntable for 2 minutes, shake gently then cook for a further 1½ minutes.
Boil in the Bag
Half fill a pan with water and bring to the boil. Remove outer packaging and place the unopened bag into the pan (do not cover). Return to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the bag carefully from the pan, shake gently, cut across the top of the bag with scissors and serve immediately.
