Cooking guidelines

  • Oven Cook

    Pre-heat the oven to 450°F. Remove all packaging. Place the Fillet Squares on a wire rack over a deep baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 25 minutes.

    CAUTION! Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil.

  • Deep Fry

    Pre-heat the oil to 350°F. Remove all packaging. Place the Fillet Squares into the basket. Gently lower into the oil & fry for 6 minutes. Separating to prevent from sticking.
