2 Wild Caught Cod Filletsin Crispy Beer Batter
Pre-heat the oven to 450°F. Remove all packaging. Place the Beer Battered Cod fillets on a wire rack over a deep baking tray in the middle of the oven, and bake for 25 minutes. Caution! Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil.
Pre-heat the oil to 350°F. Remove all packaging. Place Beer Battered Cod fillets into the basket, separating to prevent from sticking. Fry for 6 minutes.
