Traditional British Crispy Battered Cod Fillet and Chips
Pre-heat the oven to 450°F. Remove all packaging. Place both the Battered Cod and Chips on a wire rack over a deep baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 22 minutes. Caution! Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil.
Pre-heat the oil to 350°F. Remove all packaging. Place the Battered Cod into the basket and fry for 3 minutes, add the chips and fry both for a further 3 minutes.
