Cooking guidelines

  • Oven Cook

    Pre-heat the oven and a baking tray to 425°F. Remove all packaging. Place the Fish Sticks on to the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 16 minutes.

  • Deep Fry

    Pre-heat the oil to 350°F. Remove all packaging. Place the Fish Sticks into the basket, separating to prevent from sticking. Fry for 5 minutes at 350°F.
