Pre-heat the oven to 425°F. Remove all packaging. Place the Battered Haddock on to the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Pre-heat the oil to 350°F. Remove all packaging. Place the Battered Haddock into the basket, separating to prevent from sticking. Fry for 17 minutes at 350°F.
